1. On Site Consultation

Patsy will meet with you on site to assess the property, discuss your requirements and make recommendations as to what style will suit the space, what needs to be removed, and what needs to be added.

We will then provide you with a written quote and our Terms and Conditions.

On acceptance of the quote Narrative Home Staging will work in the timing and if need be with the Real Estate Agent and Photographer.

2. Installation Day

Deliver of furniture and accessories to site, with extensive inventory to create a special space, through the placement of furniture, art and the introduction of texture and colour, styling your home beautifully with originality, capturing the attention of prospective buyers.

3. Removal Day

After the successful sale of your property, we will come in and remove furniture and accessories from site.

Turnkey styling and set up for short term rentals, Airbnb listings, or lock up and go second homes. Sourcing and Shopping kitchenware, linens, appliances, furniture, artwork and décor, all selected with durability and design in mind. We coordinate onsite, managing, service provider appointments and logistics alongside furniture assembly and deliveries, to get everything into place without you lifting a finger. Technology setup, installation of WiFi and DSTV.
